Introducing Relationships

Relationships gives you a living profile for everyone you work with, built automatically from your email and meetings.

Today we're launching Relationships: a profile for everyone you work with, built automatically from your email and meetings.
You know the moment. A name pops up in your inbox and you can't place it. Or you're two minutes from a call, digging through old threads to remember what you last discussed and whether you ever sent that proposal. The context exists. It's just scattered across hundreds of emails and meeting notes, and finding it is on you.
CRMs were supposed to fix this, but they only know what someone remembers to type in. Most of the time, nobody does.
Your network, organized for you
Relationships is a living directory of every person and company you've emailed, met or called. Multiplayer builds it from the email and meetings already flowing through your account, so there's nothing to set up and nothing to type in.
Open it and you'll find your people already there, most recent conversation first. Each one comes with the context you'd otherwise go hunting for:
Last conversation: when you last talked, whether it was an email or a meeting, and what it was about.
Relationship: how long you've known them, how many conversations you've had, and who reached out first.
Open between you: what you owe them and what they owe you, pulled straight from Action Items.

Companies get the same treatment, so you can see every conversation with an account in one place, not just the threads with one contact.

How you'll use it
Before a call. Look someone up and get the full picture in seconds: what you last discussed, who else was involved, and anything still open between you. No more scrolling through a year of threads in the five minutes before a meeting.
Find anything you talked about. Search by name, by company, or by something you discussed. If you remember the conversation but not the person, Multiplayer can still find it.
Catch relationships going quiet. The Gone quiet filter shows the people you used to talk to regularly but haven't heard from in a while. It's an easy prompt to check in before a good relationship goes cold. Met recently does the opposite, surfacing the new people you've been meeting.
Keep your promises. Relationships and Action Items work together. Every contact shows what you owe them and what they owe you, so follow-ups stay tied to the people they're for.
Private by default. Relationships is yours. Your teammates aren't listed, and it reports only on your own conversations and commitments.
Why we built it
The best executive assistants don't just manage your calendar. They remember everyone you work with, what you discussed and what you promised. That memory is what makes their help feel personal, and it's what we want Multiplayer to have for everyone.
Relationships is the foundation for that. The better Multiplayer understands the people in your work life, the better it can draft your replies, prepare you for meetings and remind you of what matters. Next, we're working on proactive nudges, so Multiplayer can flag a relationship that's gone quiet or a promise that's slipping before you have to go looking.
