What is Multiplayer?

An AI executive assistant that works inside your existing email and calendar. It handles your inbox, prepares you for meetings, takes notes, tracks commitments, and keeps track of your relationships, so you can focus on the work only you can do.

Does it work with my email?

Yes. Multiplayer works with Gmail and Outlook and takes about a minute to connect. It also works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet for meetings. If your team uses HubSpot, your meeting notes are logged there automatically.

Will it send emails without my approval?

No. Multiplayer drafts replies for you to review, and nothing goes out until you approve it. If you like, you can turn on automatic sending for meeting notes.

Is my data secure? Do you train AI on my emails?

Multiplayer is SOC 2 Type II compliant and CASA Tier 2 verified. Your emails are never stored, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold or used to train AI.

Can I roll this out to my whole team?

Yes, that is what the Team plan is for. Everyone gets their own assistant, and the team shares one relationship graph and one list of commitments. There is no migration and no training: it works in the Gmail or Outlook each person already uses, and each person controls what stays private.

How much does it cost?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. After that, Individual is $30 a month, or $24 a month billed quarterly, or $18 a month billed annually. Team pricing is being set with our first group of companies, so the Team plan starts with a conversation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel during the 14-day trial and you are never charged. After that you can cancel from your settings at any time, and if you barely used Multiplayer during a billing period, email us and we will refund it. We would rather return the money than keep it for work we did not do.
