Why we started Multiplayer
WHY WE BUILT IT
It feels like there’s never enough time. Inbox overload, back-to-back meetings, to-do lists that only get longer. Many of our customers get more than 200 emails a day. Just reading them is a job.
Trying to do it all faster isn’t sustainable. And the support that fixes this has always existed: executive assistants have long been the key to helping busy people stay on top of everything. But not everyone can hire one, and not everyone is comfortable giving another person deep access to their inbox and calendar.
AI changes that. So rather than build another productivity tool, we studied how the best assistants make the people they work for successful, and built software that works the same way. It acts on its own, remembers what matters, and knows when to check in.
We built Multiplayer so everyone can have the kind of support that used to be reserved for a privileged few.
Nothing is sent without you
Multiplayer drafts. You decide. Every email and follow-up waits for your review.
We never delete your email
Archiving moves mail out of your inbox, never out of your account. It stays in All Mail on Gmail, or your Archive folder on Outlook.
Your data is yours
Emails aren’t stored, only the details your assistant needs. Your data is never sold and never used to train AI.
We don’t take money for work we didn’t do
If you barely used Multiplayer in a billing period, just ask and we’ll refund it.
