Introducing Proactive Context for your calendar

Today, we are launching the next evolution of Meeting Prep. Meeting prep now incorporates context from your previous meetings and emails to provide a tactical brief that reaches your inbox before your next call starts. This update unifies your fragmented history into the 'who, what, and why' context you need precisely before you hit Join.
This upgrade is designed to solve a problem we all face: the Context Crisis. You join the call just to realize you have no idea why you are there or what the goal is. Sound familiar? Multiplayer ensures your professional momentum never stalls just because you can't recall the specific nuance of a thread from three weeks ago.
We have observed that most professionals operate at one of three levels when they show up to a meeting:
Level 1: The scholar. You spend an hour prepping for a 30-minute call by reading every report and opening five tabs. We’re not surprised if you’ve done this days in advance.
Level 2: The just-in-time. You have a 120-second window between calls to frantically search your inbox for the bare minimum details.
Level 3: The wing-it. You roll in and keep your mouth shut for the first ten minutes while you hope someone else explains why the meeting is happening so you can figure out your role.
Multiplayer is built to move you past the scramble and into a state of total composure. It is modeled after how the world’s best human executive assistants actually work. It’s like having a partner lean in right before a call to whisper, “Hey, you told them you'd discuss the Q3 numbers today,” or “This is the person who was worried about the budget last week.” Even if you are a prepared person, it is nice to get a refresh right before you jump in to help with the context switch.
Most AI tools today are "point solutions." They either record the meeting or they summarize your email, but they don't talk to each other. Multiplayer bridges that gap and takes it one step further by leveraging Universal Social Memory. It understands that the email you sent on Tuesday is the "why" behind the meeting on Friday, and that the person you’re speaking to is the same person you spoke to three months ago.
Email-to-meeting synthesis: Multiplayer scans your email threads to find the specific trigger for the meeting. Even if a call was rescheduled three times, it tells you the original goal and the latest context.
The Social Memory layer: The assistant recognizes that a call with a long-term vendor requires a different context than a first-time discovery call. It flags personal details and shared history so you can lead with rapport, not "who are you again?".
Outcome-focused clarity: Your assistant is intelligent enough to ignore small talk and gossip. It focuses exclusively on the decisions and action items that move the needle.
Scannable intelligence: These briefs are designed to be consumed in under 60 seconds. It’s proactive support that gives you your time back, not another document you have to "study".
As with everything we build, your privacy is the foundation of this intelligence. We built a Privacy First architecture from day one. This means your emails and meetings are never shared, sold, or used to train third-party AI models. We process only the bare minimum data necessary to provide your assistant’s services.
Adding deep Meeting Prep is a major step toward our goal of providing a first-class, proactive executive assistant that truly understands you. We are building toward a future where the administrative weight of your day is eliminated automatically. This allows you to stay focused on high-value outcomes instead of being buried by the logistics of your professional life.
