Starting today, your Multiplayer AI Assistant does more than prepare you for meetings. It now joins your Zoom and Google Meet calls to take notes and follows up afterward, so nothing gets missed.
We’re introducing the full AI meeting flow: preparation before, real-time notes during, and follow-up after the meeting.
You show up informed, stay focused in the conversation, and walk away with clear next steps.
How it works
Prep before it starts
For every external meeting, you get a short briefing with attendee bios, recent email threads, open tasks, and company context.
Real-time notes during the call
Your AI Assistant joins Zoom and Google Meet calls as a visible participant. It listens, writes a transcript, and captures the key moments. Audio and video are never recorded or stored.
Follow-up after the meeting
After the call, you’ll receive a summary, action items, and a follow-up email draft written in your tone of voice.
Everything works automatically. No prompts or setup required. Just join the meeting and your assistant takes care of the rest.
Why this matters
Meetings aren’t isolated moments. They’re part of longer conversations shaped by earlier emails, tasks, and decisions.
Even when it’s a first-time intro, you still need context. And when the call ends, someone has to keep things moving.
Multiplayer already knows what’s on your calendar. It understands the backstory from your inbox. Now, it brings that all together to help you prepare, stay present, and keep momentum going after the meeting ends.
Why this matters now
Most meetings don’t just start when the call begins. They’re part of an ongoing thread, tied to previous emails, tasks, or async conversations. Even if you’re meeting someone new, the time spent digging up who they are or what’s to be discussed is a constant drain.
Once the meeting ends, you’re left hoping someone took notes, captured key outcomes, or remembered to follow up.
Multiplayer takes all of that off your plate.
It already knows what’s on your calendar. It already understands the context from your inbox. Now it brings that knowledge together so you show up informed, stay focused, and leave with clarity.
When the meeting ends, everything you need is already there: transcripts, summaries, and follow-ups.
Your assistant doesn’t record you
We’ve found that most meeting recordings are rarely rewatched. And when they are, it’s usually just to pull out a key outcome or reminder — not to re-experience the full call.
That’s why Multiplayer doesn’t store audio or video from your meetings. Instead, your assistant listens live, writes a transcript, and uses that to generate a summary, action items, and a follow-up draft.
Everything is processed on during or immediately after the meeting. No media files are stored, and nothing is shared to an external audience unless you choose to.
You get the clarity of great meeting notes, without the feeling of being recorded.
Gossip and small talk don’t make the cut
Multiplayer is designed to leave casual conversation and off-the-record moments out of your meeting summaries.
By default, your assistant filters out small talk, personal comments, or anything not relevant to the purpose of the meeting.
And if there’s something you really want excluded? Just say:
“Don’t talk about Fight Club”
“That’s off the record”
“Remove that from the summary”
The AI will pick up on these cues and automatically omit that part of the conversation from your summary or follow-up materials.
Where we’re headed
This is another step toward a truly proactive AI assistant—one that takes care of the busywork so you can stay focused on the work that matters.
As your AI becomes more aware of your calendar, communication style, and working relationships, it will do more than assist. It will take care of the things that shouldn’t need your attention in the first place.
