Managing your account: Deactivate or Delete
You can choose to either pause your Multiplayer assistant or permanently remove your account. Here’s what each option means and how to take action.
Deactivate your account
Deactivating pauses all assistant activity but keeps your account and preferences saved for later.
What happens when you deactivate:
Multiplayer stops joining your meetings
Inbox support, email labeling, and follow-up drafts are paused
Calendar and inbox access is removed
Billing is paused automatically
Your settings and preferences are saved
You can restart your assistant anytime by signing back in at ai.multiplayer.work and reconnecting your integrations.
How to deactivate:
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click Deactivate assistant
Confirm when prompted
Delete your account
Deleting your account removes all data and disconnects everything permanently.
What happens when you delete:
Your account, settings, and preferences are permanently erased
Calendar and inbox access is fully removed
You will need to start fresh if you return
This action cannot be undone
How to delete:
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click Delete account
Confirm when prompted
